AWS Cloud for All

About AWS

The Govt. of Andhra Pradesh has formed 7 'Missions' to realize its vision of making the state amongst the top three states in the country by 2022 and the leading state by 2029 through sustained double-digit growth. Among these, the 'Knowledge and Skills Mission' has been formed to provide trained and skilled manpower to all Missions and to the industry.

Keeping the focus around Cloud Technologies and its impact on Higher Education segment APSSDC has engaged with AWS Educate Program in its mission to provide a skilled workforce across high-priority and emerging sectors. AWS Educate Program is Amazon's global initiative to provide students and educators with the resources needed to greatly accelerate Cloud-related learning endeavors and to “Teach tomorrow's cloud workforce today”

Since inception, more than 15,000 students have registered into the program from various Engineering Colleges in Andhra Pradesh to build deep skills on Cloud Computing. AWS Educate Program is helping the learners in various cities, towns and even remote locations to get access to Cloud and cutting edge learning content to foster skills, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

We at APSSDC strongly believe that the Faculty Members in our partner institutes are the last mile connectivity between the technology and its implementation at the Institute level. Keeping the pedagogical need in mind and to support the teaching learning requirement in the areas of cutting edge technologies, we have designed AWS Cloud for All Guru (Cloud Computing) Workshop to suit the need of the faculty members. The series of workshop will be conducted in three clusters across the state to support the local institutions in their journey to build capabilities around Cloud.

Please get in touch with your cluster representative from APSSDC to learn more about the workshop. We thank you for your support and wishing you very best for your endeavor,
